Jurisdictional Limitations. the Firm is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Texas. Attorneys at the Firm who are not licensed in a jurisdiction referenced on the Site will have that limitation identified. This Site is not intended to solicit business in any jurisdiction where it would be inconsistent with the rules governing lawyer advertising in that jurisdiction.

No Claim of Specialization. No attorney at the Firm is represented as a "specialist" or "expert", and no attorney is board certified in any area of practice unless expressly stated, in which case the certifying organization will be identified. The Supreme Court of Illinois does not recognize certifications of specialties in the practice of law, and no certificate, award, or recognition referenced on this Site is a requirement to practice law in Illinois.
